This pocket belt comes in 2 sizes and will range from a 26 inch waist at its smallest adjustment until a 34 inch waist fully extended for the small size
And 34 inch to 42 inch for large size .

Side pocket x 2 : 3.5" wide, 4" long, 1" deep
Inside belt zipper pocket: 5" long, zipper opening: 3.5" wide.

The pocket belt is fantastic! The quality is top notch, and it arrived quickly and in a beautiful fabric bag! My S21 with its thinner case fits into the larger compartment and I can get a pen / pencil, erasers, dice, Band Aids, tissues, etc. into either of the two smaller pockets. The loops will easily take my keys on their lanyard as well. I wore it to an outdoor play and have used it at school whenever I need extra pockets while I teach. I've received many compliments from staff and students alike. I probably misread my measuring tape and/or the size chart given on the site, but the belt section sticks out quite a ways after it's been buckled. The end tucks pretty well under itself though. I'd recommend triple- checking the measurements to be sure, if this would be a difficulty for you. I love my belt! :)
